What Queerly Beloved is
Queerly Beloved is a curated directory designed to help people discover wedding vendors. We review information and try to make useful inclusion and practical details easier to find, but the directory is not a guarantee, professional certification, consumer protection service or substitute for your own conversations and due diligence.
Vendor information
Vendor information can change. We may verify information with vendors and review public sources, but vendors remain responsible for the accuracy of information they provide. Couples should confirm availability, pricing, accessibility, services, policies and fit directly with a vendor before booking.
BELOVED ✦
The BELOVED ✦ mark means Queerly Beloved has confirmed the inclusion information displayed on that vendor's profile at the time of verification. It is not a guarantee of future conduct, a rating, an endorsement of every service the vendor provides, or something a vendor can purchase.
No pay-to-win ranking
A paid full profile provides more space for a vendor to present its work and information. Payment does not buy acceptance, BELOVED ✦ verification, a favourable inclusion assessment or preferential search ranking.
External services
The site links to independent vendors and third-party websites. Queerly Beloved does not control those services and is not a party to contracts between couples and vendors. Any booking, payment, cancellation, dispute or service issue with a vendor is between you and that vendor.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to bypass security, scrape personal information for spam, submit false information, impersonate another person or business, or use the directory to harass or discriminate against others.
Our content
Queerly Beloved's original branding, editorial copy, design and curation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Vendor names, logos, photographs and other vendor materials remain the property of their respective owners or licensors.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Queerly Beloved is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the directory, third-party services, or reliance on vendor information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update the site and these terms as Queerly Beloved evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
